Meet & Greet Service (Airport Pickup)
Flying into Gatwick or Heathrow? Parkers' Airport Meet & Greet service takes the hassle out of collecting your hire vehicle after a long flight. A member of our team will be waiting for you at the terminal the moment you clear customs — no queues, no shuttle buses, no wasted time.
Based in Sussex with branches in Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill, we're ideally positioned to serve travellers arriving at Gatwick. Whether you need a car for the journey home, a van for an airport delivery run, or a minibus to transport a group arriving together, we'll have your vehicle ready and waiting.
How it works
Once you've collected your luggage and cleared customs, a Parkers representative will meet you at the terminal exit holding a sign with your name. Your vehicle will have been prepared in advance — a quick damage check is carried out on the spot, and your driving documents are verified before you're handed the keys. The whole process is designed to get you on the road as quickly as possible.
We monitor all incoming flights, so if your arrival is delayed we'll already know and adjust accordingly. Major delays are handled flexibly — just contact us if anything changes significantly.
What to bring
To keep the handover smooth, please have the following ready when you arrive: your full photocard driving licence, your passport, and a credit or debit card in your name (card details are held for excess purposes during the hire period — there is no upfront charge). You'll also need your DVLA licence check code, which you can generate in advance at gov.uk/view-driving-licence.
Booking your Meet & Greet
To arrange the service, please contact us at least 24 hours before your arrival with your flight details and booking reference. You'll need a fully confirmed hire booking in place first — if you haven't booked yet, take a look at our Gatwick hire options below and get in touch to confirm availability.
The Meet & Greet service is available at both Gatwick and Heathrow airports and must be arranged in advance. Depending on hire duration and other factors, an additional fee may apply — please ask when booking.
