Once this information has been retrieved, we
are in a position where we are enabled to meet and greet you from
your flight without any undue delay or hassle.
have collected your baggage and cleared customs, you will be met
by a Parkers representative. (Generally the representative will
display a board stating your surname). This representative will
direct you to your vehicle, where a damage check will be performed
and your driving licence and relevant documentation checked, before
the vehicle can be released.
In order to assist in a smooth changeover, please
have all the relevant documentation e.g. driving licence, credit
cards, passport, etc ready for inspection. This will eliminate any
undue delay or problems that may otherwise arise.
If your flight is delayed, we will still meet
and greet you by the exit of your terminal, as we will monitor your
flight arrival, so we will have up-to-date information on the progress
of your flight.

delays there may be circumstances which affect the type or suitability
of the vehicle which was originally booked.
